Dmitriy Strelkov was born in Moscow in 1966. Graduated from the fine art school in 1983. Graduated from the Art and Graphic faculty of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after V.I. Lenin in 1990. Member of the Association of Painters of the Moscow Union of Artists and the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Member of the International Federation of Artists and of the International Art Fund.

Participant of more than 80 group and solo exhibitions in Moscow and abroad since 1990. Awarded with diplomas and certificates from the Russian Academy of Arts, the Moscow Union of Artists and the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Successful participant of the contemporary art auction in Paris.

The paintings are in the Zavolzhsky City Art Museum, the Museum of Modern Art on Dmitrovskaya in Rostov-on-Don, in the Museum of Artist's Portrait in Moscow, in the National Portrait Gallery in Moscow, in the Gogol House Museum in Moscow, in the Museum of Modern Art in Haikou (China) as well as in private and corporate collections in Russia, the USA, Germany, France, Holland, Japan, Portugal, Turkey, China, UAE.

'I call my style Abstract Eclectism, and my works - Abstraclectisms. ​ Saturation of the plane of the picture with a variety of painting techniques and textures together with an expressive, dynamic compositional construction allows me to create my own special, unique, multidimensional abstract world which can be seen, studied and cognized both as a whole at a distance and peering into every centimeter of the image.'
